“She’s like one of those wind up Barbies from the 80’s that sprays water, you never know what she’s gonna do next.” –Matthew Corozine

Erin has come a long way since her first role, in 3rd grade, cast as a child Helen Keller in a school production of The Miracle Worker. This role was awkwardly relevant as Erin has a hearing loss, which she actually feels made her a better actor and person because she had to concentrate so much harder on analyzing people’s emotions. She gives such warm appreciative credit to the industry in that her hearing aids have never seemed to be a problem or hold her back since.

Erin earned a BA in Psychology and Theater from Villanova University, where her career in acting began. Erin has since modeled for many independent conceptualized shoots as well as for brands like L’Oreal and Bumble and Bumble. Her favorite post-college theater roles thus far include Jean Maitland in STAGE DOOR, Ester in DRY LAND, Stratyllis in LYSISTRATA, and Mayella Ewell in a sold-out run of TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD. On screen, you can most recently catch a glimpse of her in Netflix’s THE IRISHMAN (2019), as well as indie flick SHITHEAD (2020), and THE MONGOOSE on Amazon Prime (2021).

She has trained primarily at Matthew Corozine Studio in Manhattan, where she considers her artistic home. In 2016, she helped co-found The Shrill Collective, an all-women feminist theater collective, with five badass and talented actors from class, a theater company that advocates for work for and by women. She stepped away in 2019 to focus more on creating her own work, which ALSO always has a girl power focus!

So far, with one short film, two new plays, and one bitchy manuscript about college hookup-culture waiting to be rolled out, there’s a lot to be done and a lot to look forward to.

Erin’s greatest joy in life is to collaborate with other inspiring artists on projects big and small, be the hardest working actor and writer possible, and OF COURSE, to destroy the patriarchy, and have fun doing it.
